Holiday Home Work for Class XI-Commerce 

Subject: Accounts

Topic: Project on collection of receipts and preparation of accounts with the help of those receipts.

Steps to complete the project:

(i)To collect different receipts relating to expenses (Salary, wages, telephone bill, advertisement etc) , sales & purchase .

(ii) Pass necessary journal entry for that particular expense or sale or purchase. And then make their separate ledger account.

Students will have to attach that particular receipt to support the expense, sale, and purchase with its account.

It is expected from every student that he/she will collect minimum 25 receipts of different transactions and will pass their journal entries and will also make their ledgers.

At last cash position/ cash summary (Inflow & Out Flow of cash will also be shown.)

(Again it is reminded to the students that they will have to attach receipt to support the particular expense, sale, and purchase with its account so that project can be completed in the systematic manner)
